Last day in Albania

Our vacation is coming to an end and we are not too happy about it. Well telling the truth we are excited because we get to see daddy in a few hours.

I forgot to mention that Mariza is the singer on our blog [this information is new to English speakers.] We love her so much that we put one of her songs here to always remember her. Now I have 3 more singers to meet that are on my blog, but who cares about them. I met the most important one!

Wow I am so behind on posting updates. I have lots of good excuses to use though. I have been tremendously busy. It is the last month of our vacation and that being said it's been very hectic around here. Tatiana is physically and mentally developing way fast. I forgot to mention that while we were in Vlora she cut her 2 upper teeth. She loves to cruise around the house and everywhere else while holding unto furniture.


So this time we went to the park by our house. TT woke up from her evening nap and Tia Xhilda came right immediately after work to see her. That's what we call sacrifices.


Love spending time with Tia. Can't you see we look like BFF's, we were playing, singing and laughing out loud. That's how we roll people!






I should mention that while posing and laughing a little girl [ who begs for living] spotted us. Tatiana kept smiling and talking to her but no response from her side. She just wanted to watch us.






There is a reason Auntie Ida calls TT a name [FBI]. TT wants to know everything about everyone. She walks down the street or the park in this case and sees every single activity that is going on. I will show you in the pictures below.

Barbeque

This past weekend we went to barbeque [BBQ] in Peze. It's a village by my city, Tirana. On the way there I was thinking : "It would be really nice if Martin decides to go to the beach." The temperatures were really high and all I could think of was the sea and getting tanned. Well at least I got a little tanned because of the dress I wore I was able to get some color on my upper body. It's only the beginning of summer. We have plenty of time for adventures at the beach. Next week we are planning for a trip to our community pool.

Godfather

On May 28th which is Grandpa's and Auntie Bora's Birthday we celebrated another event. It was TT's first time to cut her hair. Uncle Martin had the honor to be the Godfather. I went to answers.com to find out the meaning of the word "Godfather". Here it is :

So I take it like this : Uncle Martin will sponsor her for the rest of her life which will include college, wedding, birthday parties, trips to Europe, buying nice expensive jewelries, etc. I like the idea of having Martin as her Godfather.

My Little Ballerina

Finally I know what Tatiana wants to be when she grows up : A ballerina! Today for the first time she started to dance when Grandma Tati was singing to her. She already knows how to sing, but dancing is a new field of exploration to her. And what I mean by dancing is not just jumping up and down on the couch. No, no I mean the Albanian traditional form of dancing [folk dance.] The readers that don't have a clue about Albanian dancing, just think about "My Big Fat Greek Wedding" movie. Yes that kind of dance.

She is such a diva in training!

Today is Sunday and I just woke up. The routine is to eat breakfast with Grandma while Mommy is recovering [since she has been sleep deprived for a long time.]



And I thought that Mommy was sleeping. I was way off. She was pampering herself.

Yay I'm out. Boy was I wrong?! That's why everyone was dressing up.

What Can I Say? Uncle Martin knows how to put a smile on my face. I told him he should be a comedian and have his own show.

Ohh recently I love to play with buttons. Especially when mami holds me tight in her arms. Thats why I sing to her "Hold me, hold me, never never never let me gooooo" and then I grab the opportunity to play with buttons. So sneaky huh!
